When you fill in our online quote form, we'll ask you for information about your event, and when you require cleaning.

As well as cleaning up after your event, we can also provide cleaners to help prepare your venue for upcoming events. You can also request to book cleaners during your event, to help with cleaning duties such as clearing tables, removing waste, or cleaning toilets.

Our commercial cleaning team will discuss your requirements in detail to ensure that we can provide a thorough cleaning service to suit all of your event-cleaning needs.

Our event cleaning service is suitable for all private, corporate and commercial events. You can book the service for:

Our service is bespoke and tailored to each client. When we book you in, our dedicated commercial cleaning team will help to organise a schedule and task list that suits your requirements.

All of our cleaners have a basic DBS check. If you require further security checks, please let us know so we can supply cleaners with an Enhanced DBS check.

We have also vetted all of our event cleaners to ensure that they have the experience to deliver a consistent, 5-star service for your event.

We have availability for event cleaning all over London.

Just let us know where you're based, and we'll send you the highest rated cleaners in your area.

Your event space must have a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner.

If you want your cleaner to use specific sprays and cloths, you need to provide these too. Alternatively your cleaner can provide their own cloths and sprays for a small fee.

When you fill out our online quote form, we'll ask you about the frequency that you require event cleaning. We can provide cleaners before, during and after your event.

We offer event cleaning on a one-off or regular basis, depending on your needs. 

If you regularly host events in the same space, you can give your cleaner spare keys so they can clean while the venue is closed.

Just hand the keys to your cleaner and add the locking instructions to your online account.

We'll remove any identifying information from your keys and add a unique tracking code to them. This ensures that only your cleaners can identify the building that is accessed with your keys.

Alternatively you can let your cleaner in, or provide access via a key safe. This is all managed in your online account.

Once you've signed up with Housekeep, you can book deep cleaning for your events through your online account.

In addition to deep cleaning, you can also request other specialist cleaning services for your event space, including:

  • Carpet & upholstery cleaning
  • Antiviral sanitisation
  • Internal & external window cleaning

If you're looking to book a deep event clean as your first clean with Housekeep, please do let us know in the 'Other requirements' field when booking in.

We're following enhanced cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures, and we're asking customers and cleaners to maintain social distancing during all event cleans.

Once we have all the details about your event, we'll work out how many hours the clean will take and then decide how many cleaners to send.

For a small private event, you may only need one or two cleaners, while larger commercial events will require a team of cleaners.

All cleaners carry Housekeep ID in their mobile app. If you need cleaners to carry your ID when cleaning your event, please tell us when you book.

If you need cleaners to wear a uniform when cleaning, please tell us when you book so we can arrange this.

About events cleaning

Our events cleaning service can be booked for any kind of private or commercial event. We can provide one cleaner or a team of 100, and clean before, during or after your event.

To book events cleaning, simply fill out our online form to let us know about your event. A member of our commercial cleaning team will give you a call to understand your requirements and help get you booked in.
