What equipment do I need to provide?

Your venue must have a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner.

If you want your cleaner to use specific sprays and cloths, you need to provide these too. Alternatively your cleaner can provide their own cloths and sprays for a small fee.

In what areas of London do you provide hotel cleaning & housekeeping?

How do I book at a convenient time?

Once you've registered with Housekeep, you can book deep cleaning for your hotel through your online account.

In addition to deep cleaning, you can also request other specialist cleaning services for your hotel, including:

How does holiday and sickness cover work?

In the event that your cleaner books some time off, you can instantly arrange a cover cleaner through your online account. Alternatively, you can contact our commercial cleaning support team who will be able to give you a hand getting this organised.

We also have a team of cover cleaners on standby, who are ready to help with same-day cover in the event of sickness or emergency.

About hotel cleaning & housekeeping

Whether you're looking to outsource your hotel cleaning and housekeeping duties completely, or you just need a few helping hands, we're here to help. We have a team of experienced hotel cleaners and housekeepers who are available across London.

To book hotel cleaning or housekeeping, simply fill out our online form to let us know about your requirements. A member of our commercial cleaning team will give you a call to provide a quote and schedule your cleans.

We'll send the same cleaner - or cleaning team - each time, ensuring that you receive a consistent and reliable 5-star service. After each clean, we'll bill your preferred payment card and send an invoice for easy expensing.

Your cleaning team will be able to help out with general cleaning duties of your hotel, including cleaning the bar, restaurant and reception, as well as any communal areas including the lobby, reception, hallways, toilets and outside spaces.
