We have availability for retail & shop cleaning all over London.
Just let us know where you're based, and we'll send you the highest rated cleaners in your area.
Your shop must have a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner.
If you want your cleaner to use specific sprays and cloths, you need to provide these too. Alternatively your cleaner can provide their own cloths and sprays for a small fee.
When you fill out our online quote form, we'll ask you the best time for your cleans to take place.
We have plenty of cleaners available during out-of-office hours - just let us know when suits you best, and we'll get you booked in.
You can give your cleaner spare keys so they can clean while your shop is closed.
Just hand the keys to your cleaner and add the locking instructions to your online account.
We'll remove any identifying information from your keys and add a unique tracking code to them. This ensures that only your cleaners can identify the building that is accessed with your keys.
Alternatively you can let your cleaner in, or provide access via a key safe. This is all managed in your online account.
Once you've signed up with Housekeep, you can book deep cleaning for your store through your online account.
In addition to deep cleaning, you can also request other specialist cleaning services for your retail space, including:

Once we have all the details about your store, we'll work out how many hours the clean will take and then decide how many cleaners to send.
For small shops, you may only need one cleaner, while larger retail stores may require a team of cleaners.
However many cleaners we send, we'll make sure that the same highly-rated cleaners are sent to each of your cleans.
All cleaners carry Housekeep ID in their mobile app. If you need cleaners to carry your ID when in store, please tell us when you book.
If you need cleaners to wear a uniform when cleaning, please tell us when you book so we can arrange this.
In the event that your cleaner books some time off, you can instantly arrange a cover cleaner through your online account. Alternatively, you can contact our retail cleaning support team who will be able to give you a hand getting this organised.
We also have a team of cover cleaners on standby, who are ready to help with same-day cover in the event of sickness or emergency.
About retail & shop cleaning
Our regular shop cleaning service can be booked for daily cleaning, weekly cleaning or anything in between. We have highly rated cleaners available across London to help with any of your retail & shop cleaning needs.
To book retail & shop cleaning, simply fill out our online form to let us know about your space. A member of our commercial cleaning team will give you a call to provide a quote and schedule your clean.
We'll send the same cleaner - or cleaning team - each time, ensuring that you receive a consistent and reliable 5-star service. After each clean, we'll bill your preferred payment card and send an invoice for easy expensing.
During each visit, we'll thoroughly clean the front and back of your shop/retail space. We'll ensure that all shelving is wiped, as well as around the till area. If you have customer toilets or changing rooms, these will be cleaned and restocked as part of your visit. We can also clean your warehouse or stockroom, as well as the staffroom and employee toilets. All flooring throughout the front and back of your shop will be vacuumed, and we'll mop all hard flooring too.
In addition to standard cleaning tasks, you can request deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet & upholstery cleaning or external window cleaning. We also have handymen on standby, who can help with any maintenance tasks that come up.
Our London retail & shop cleaning service is completely flexible - you can reschedule, skip and even book in extra cleans through your online account. There's no minimum term on your contract, giving you complete control over your cleaning.
