Sydenham is a leafy and residential district in south east London. The district bridges three London boroughs: Southwark, Lewisham and Bromley.

Tree-lined streets of terraced houses can be found across the district; some of these are from a period of 19th-century development spurred on by the relocation of the Crystal Palace, while other streets are comprised entirely of post-war terraced houses and semi-detached properties.
