Woodingdean is a suburb on the eastern side of Brighton and Hove, in the county of East Sussex. Woodingdean shares the BN2 postcode with parts of Brighton city, as well as the neighbouring suburbs and villages of Ovingdean, Rottingdean and Saltdean.
Woodingdean is just three miles or so from Brighton, but has a real rural feel. Local property is mostly made up of post-war semi-detached and detached homes, with some modern new-build houses now available too.
