Although it was Feven's first visit, she was able to complete all the work to a high standard. I rarely give 5 stars on a first visit , I am happy to give this to her. She has a nice friendly personality too. She said in future she will come every other Wednesday at 9.30am which suits us well. Her next visit will be on 11th Feb. ( as notified we are away on 28th Jan ). Thank you.

I was pleased with Samantha's work. Considering it was the first day she came to my house, she picked up the work quickly and was able to complete the tasks to my satisfaction. If she is going to be my permanent housekeeper in the future I am sure she will improve further as she gets used to my house. Being a younger person , I think she will cope better with the work in my house than Malba. The area for cleaning in my house is on 3 floors - ground, 1st floor and 2nd floor.
