What’s the difference between regular cleaning and deep/spring cleaning?

Deep/spring cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep/spring clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep/spring cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Our deep/spring cleaning service is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

How long does a deep/spring clean take?

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep/spring clean.

What equipment do cleaning teams bring?

The cleaning team will bring everything they need for your deep/spring clean, including all products and a vacuum cleaner.

A lovely, friendly, experienced couple over two days for deep clean after more than 5 years of my Long Covid disability. Small 2-bed cottage in the Queens Park Avenues estate W10, but a bigger job than originally envisaged. They had most equipment, I only had to provide a few bits (like step ladder, mop, and wood floor cleaner). I've got my old tiny wee house back from chaos which is psychologically uplifting too when you're chronically unwell. "Obrigado!".

My cleaner was polite, cheerful and kind. She and her colleague did an amazing job. A job that usually would have taken someone a full day to clean, to them only 4.5 hours. The whole place looks amazing! I spoke to my cleaners about the areas that couldn't be cleaned the following day and they gave me advice on whta to do.
