You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for a lock repair.
If it takes more than one hour to fix your lock, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
If you need a new lock, your tradesperson can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy it and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own replacement lock if you prefer.
There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

We usually have tradespeople available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.
