How does pricing work?

You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for safe opening jobs.

If it takes more than one hour to open your safe, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).

How does payment work?

There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

Are your tradespeople fully insured?

Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.

We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.

Do you have emergency tradespeople available?

We usually have tradespeople available with 1 day's notice. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.

We're not able to offer emergency safe opening services.

How does the Housekeep Guarantee work?
