We also collect reviews and feedback after every job to make sure our tradespeople are 5* quality.
You pay the minimum one hour callout charge for repair jobs. The tradesperson will let you know whether a repair is possible once they've investigated the issue.
If the repair takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.
