It's the fourth week of our Housekeep Head Office baking competition, and this week it was Anna's turn.

Her entry was a cookies and cream cake. It was ENORMOUS - triple layered, piled with icing and topped with crushed cookies. It still didn't take us long to finish it though.

We're taking a cake break next week (after what will surely be an indulgent bank holiday weekend) but the following week it's our Marketing Manager Rachel Wastell's turn!
