1. Apply to join the Housekeep platform
Before we invite you in to meet the team, we need you to fill out an application form HERE, and we'll ask you a few questions about the cleaning experience that you have to make sure that you're able to provide the 5-star cleaning that our customers expect. We also need to make sure that you have the correct documents to join the Housekeep platform. This is a really quick process, and only takes a few minutes. If you're successful, you'll then be taken through to the next stage, where you can choose a slot to come into the Housekeep office and meet the friendly office team. Congrats - you're one step closer to getting cleaning jobs with Housekeep!
2. Meet the team :)
Now that you've successfully filled in our application form, you'll be booked in for a welcome sessions at our head office in Farringdon. You'll need to arrive with proof of address and ID so we can complete a background check. Our friendly recruitment team will also give you a little interview to check that you have all of the right knowledge and expereince to be a 5-star home cleaner with us. Once they're happy that you're an experienced cleaner, the team will help you pick regular working hours and areas that work for you on the platform. We'll also teach you how to use our app, which is how you'll receive all of the relevant information about your cleaning jobs we give you. Once this is all done, you're officially a cleaner on the Housekeep platform.
3. Complete 5-star cleaning jobs
Now the boring stuff is out of the way, you'll be an active Housekeeper on our platform. We'll give you cleaning jobs at the times you're available, and in the areas that you've told us you want to work! This means that you'll get jobs close together, minimising your travel time and maximising your potential to earn! Our market research shows that cleaners who find jobs through Housekeep earn more money than independent cleaners, due to short travel routes, and our ability to make sure that you get really busy, really quickly! Of course, if you don't want to be super busy, we can always help you to set your hours and make sure that you're getting the right number of cleaning jobs. If you want more work though, we have an amazing feature called Extra jobs which means you can find extra cleaning jobs whenever you're free!
4. Be happy!
