The nomination is for our 2021 rebrand, when we rolled out our ‘Housework that works’ brand positioning & visual identity.
The strategy and creative was developed with the team at branding agency Onwards (Spoke, Manuel, Hussle).
The rebrand champions cleaners as the heroes of the brand, and showcases the smart tech that helps customers manage every part of the process seamlessly - from click, to clean, to cashless payment.
The ‘H’ of Housekeep has become the brand’s lead identifier. The rebrand also introduced a suite of illustrated characters that bring the people behind the brand to life.
The brand feels fun, friendly, a bit whimsical and like there’s always something going on, always an easter egg to find - like the hidden ‘H’ in every cleaner illustration. And to complement our clean new look, we’ve created a tone of voice that reflects the go-getting people-people who make Housekeep work.
The rebrand is helping Housekeep achieve ambitious growth plans. Housekeep is sweeping across the country, delivering over 1.5 million cleans and expanding into tradespeople services including handymen, plumbing & gardening.
We’re up against fierce competition for the award, shortlisted alongside some household names including Ben’s Original and The Financial Times.
The winner will be announced in a live ceremony on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. You can register to stream the ceremony online, here: Register to stream the Drum Awards.
