Kilburn is a well-connected north-west London district, situated between Maida Vale, West Hampstead and Cricklewood, in the borough of Brent.

The Kilburn High Road is the main focal point for the area, with many options for those eating or drinking. The area has traditionally had large Irish populations and the high street is still home to Irish pubs. These are joined by more recent pubs specialising in craft beer, as well as venues offering live music. A diverse range of cinema and plays are on offer at the Tricycle Theatre, once famous for pioneering the unusual sub-genre of ‘tribunal plays’. If you’re looking for green space then Kilburn Grange Park is a great spot for dog-walking as well as having facilities for other outdoor recreation, such as tennis.

A largely residential area, there are lots of housing options in Kilburn, with post-war estates offsetting red-brick Victorian houses set in terraces. For almost any size of property you’re looking for there are terraces that fit the bill, with some or these larger homes now serving as flats. All parts of Kilburn are serviced by convenient tube lines, with the Bakerloo line running through Kilburn Park, and the Jubilee line through Kilburn.
