Local information about Woodford Green

Woodford Green is a suburban neighbourhood of East London, predominantly within the borough of Redbridge. Historically, the area is significant as a part of the parliamentary constituency of Sir Winston Churchill: Chingford and Woodford Green. This slice of history is celebrated by a grade-II listed statue of the wartime leader that has stood on the green since 1959.

Lots of detached houses can be snapped up in Woodford Green; these range from modern, mock-tudor family homes, to Victorian mansions and postwar homes. For the younger demographics there are maisonettes or purpose-built flats throughout the area too.
