I do not normally tip housekeepers as I give gifts at Easter and Christmas. But as the temperature was so high and she did extra work today as her last visit was 3 weeks ago. As usual very hard working and very thorough. I am always pleased with her efforts.

Julia was really helpful. She talked me through some of the tips and tools to help maintain the home in between cleans. We have also recently had builders in so she helped us get rid of some of the build up.

Local information about Stanmore

In recent years the Harrow suburb of Stanmore has been getting increased recognition with city workers and families moving to outer-London postcodes. The area has seen many famous residents in its time, with world-famous actors Roger Moore and Richard Greene both calling Stanmore home at one time or another.

Although some distance from the city, Stanmore is commutable, with Stanmore underground station the at the northernmost end of the Jubilee Line. The commute to Central London, in actuality, takes little more than a half hour.

In addition to feasible transport, Stanmore has an attractive property market. Inter-war semi-detached houses are a great option for families moving out to Stanmore, and continued development is seeing an increase in new-build houses and flats on the local property market.

Stanmore’s HA7 postcode is home to plenty of Housekeep cleaners, with availability for weekday and weekend cleans. Housekeepers on our platform all have domestic cleaning experience, and have been rated 5-stars by their happy customers to guarantee a professional experience.
