Stratford is located in the east London borough Newham, in the West Ham area.
Stratford was recently awarded its own postcode district, E20, covering the Olympic Park and Stratford City. Redevelopment for the 2012 Olympics has made Stratford East London’s hub for retail, culture and leisure, with Westfield Stratford being the primary shopping hub.
