What you get with Housekeep
You pay a minimum one hour callout charge for electric/induction hob repair jobs.
The tradesperson will let you know whether your electric/induction hob can be repaired once they've investigated the issue. If a repair isn't possible, you'll only pay the callout charge. The tradesperson will advise on the next steps, and may suggest a replacement instead of a repair.
If your repair takes more than one hour, you’ll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments (plus the cost of any materials).
If any materials are needed to repair your hob, your tradesperson can source these locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the materials and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.
There's no hassle with cash - we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
Yes - all of our tradespeople are fully insured.
We've got great customer service, and our responsive support team are at hand to help if any issues come up during your booking.
We have tradespeople available at short notice or for advance booking. Just choose a date and time that works for you when you book in.
When you book your job, let us know your address. We'll make sure that you're matched with a trusted local professional who's based near you.
