Haddy is lovely, professional and responsive to messages. The flat looks great after she's finished.

Maria is hard working and tries to do her best. Sometimes she should ask before doing things. I had already indicated via your email that I did not want bins emptied but Maria did this when it is too early to put bin bags out in street. I guess she hadn't read my instructions. We have now agreed that she does not take out bin bags. We also agreed that she needs 3.5 hours not 4.
