Lukasz was very thorough and did a great job. He was friendly, straightforward and efficient. He had excellent cleaning knowledge and gave me some tips for upkeep. Although he did not arrive at the agreed time he did keep me updated with his progress. He did work for the fully agreed time slot. Ed, Bromley
