Joanna had a bad day before arriving with me caused by the Tube strikes, but she had contacted me beforehand and advised me of the difficulties. While she was in my home she didnt allow any of her frustration show, she was polite, friendly, efficient and good humoured throughout and her work was excellent, I would definetly recommend her.
