It's Aleksandra's attention to detail and ability to put herself in the homeowners' shoes that make her particularly special. It always amazes me how she can work so calmly, quietly and without any fuss, yet when I turn around she has somehow managed to clean the entire place thoroughly and beautifully! She is also very pleasant company.
