Simone does a great clean and her warmth is a bonus. She's patient, never minding that the baby's nap time coincides with the clean and doubling back to clean the nursery after the baby wakes. She spots additional things that need to be done, at each visit and takes the initiative to do them without needing to be asked first. Thank you, Simone, for making my life easier!
