Beatrice was lovely and brilliant! She was super-punctual and has done an excellent job - my bathroom looks brand new! She helped me sort out my kitchen space and all of the areas she has cleaned look unrecognisable now (in a good way!). I am massively grateful for her help and highly recommend her to everyone!!
