Very friendly, pleasant and lovely manner. He did a great job cleaning, however need to change cleaner due to timings going forward (hadn't realised the first time slot was the ongoing time) and he isn't available at that time, otherwise we would be happy to have him again.

Alexandra is a lovely energetic young lady. Friendly and engaging, but thorough, efficient and very methodical in the way she goes about the cleaning process. The apartment was left sparkling and I can see it is going to be a real treat having her wonderful services every fortnight! Thank you Alexandra, you are a true delight to have around!

Roxana stepped in last minute when our cleaner had an emergency. The house was spotless and the beds all made. I had been worried as I had guests over that evening and she'd ensured the place was presentable. Great!
