Simon's was a little testy on arrival because she had had difficulties travelling which was a bit off putting but, after a while she relaxed. Communicated well (despite obvious language difficulties, and cleaned what I asked thoroughly and with an eye for detail.

Laura didn't arrive on time, she arrived a wee bit early. I loved that!! She was cheerful and engaging. She was genuinely concerned as to how I wanted the house cleaned and asked all the right questions so as to meet our expectations. She was extremely thorough and did a wonderful job.
