Great clean with Bess. She focused on areas that really needed the work, going slightly over the time allocated but still committing to finishing the job which we really appreciated. Finishing maternity leave and returning back to work it's been a struggle to keep on top of the housework and I feel like she's given me a bit of sanity back! Bathrooms are spotless and she was very polite and friendly.

Cristinia arrived 15mins late - by no fault of her own - but was immedietely apologetic and hihlighted this before I could even say hello :). Only flaw I have was more with the company - i highlighted I wanted the work to start on a Wednesday and follow on every Tuesday from then on. Was a shock to see Cristian arrive a day early. Again - not anything to do with Cristina herself..”
