Soho is part of London's 'West End'. Located in the City of Westminster, Soho is home to some of London's most famous entertainment landmarks.
Famous for its theatres and music bars, Soho was once home to the iconic Windmill theatre, and the Marquee Club (where the Rolling Stones famously played their first ever gig). Due to its central location, there are very few residencies immediately within the Soho area. The limited property market generally includes flats above retail space and entertainment venues. There are desirable townhouses to be found in other parts of W1, such as Fitzrovia and Mayfair.
When it comes to transport in Soho you're spoilt for choice. Soho lies directly between three well-serviced tube stations in Piccadilly Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus. This means that Central Line, Bakerloo Line, Victoria Line, Northern Line and Piccadilly Line connections are never further than a stone's throw away.
