Deep/spring cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep/spring clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep/spring cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Deep cleaning is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

Cleaners can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

How long does a deep/spring clean take?

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep/spring clean.

What equipment do cleaning teams bring?

Could not be more impressed - the flat looks and feel brand new again! We live in a really hard water area (Woolwich) and struggle with limescale build up, particularly in the toilets and showers - this has all completely gone. The clean made a massive difference, getting to all the bits of the flat we normally don't (including skirtings and door frames etc). Also particularly pleased with clean of job and oven, which are sparkling. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.
