We have a range of carpet cleaning methods to suit all types of rug & carpet.

Once we have the details about your carpets/rugs, we'll determine the best method for cleaning them & bring all the tools for the job.

Usually we'll use the 'hot water extraction' method, but this isn't suitable for all carpets. If the carpet is too delicate for hot water extraction, we can use other cleaning methods that will also leave you carpets as good as new.

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

You should clear your carpet as much as possible prior to your cleaner's arrival, to ensure they can access and thoroughly clean all areas of the carpet.

If you're booking carpet cleaning as part of an end of tenancy clean, you should have moved out of the property before your cleaner's arrival - the only items left should be those that are staying in the property after you move out.

You can also book carpet cleaning as part of any deep, after builders or end of tenancy cleaning service.

Light stains can be removed with carpet cleaning. Heavy staining might not be rectified with cleaning, and may require colour correction treatment or a carpet replacement to restore.

Your cleaner will always do their best to restore your carpet to its original condition & will advise on the best course of treatment.

The cleaning team will bring everything they need to clean your carpets. Once we have the details about what you need cleaned, we'll choose a method that works for your carpet/rug.
