Deep cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Our deep cleaning service is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.
