Jack arrived 5 mins early for his time slot and did an awesome job! The bathroom was in a particualrly bad state with limescale and is now sparkling. He also managed to get some stubborn yellow stains out of a white chest of drawers that have been there since I got them, which was a small miracle because I've never been able to do it. He even stayed slightly longer than he needed to make sure the entire flat was spotless, he really went above and beyond. He was super friendly and wasn't disruptive at all while I was WFH. A great job and am looking forward to him being our regular cleaner!
