Really great experience. The engineer phoned to let me know he was 15 mins away. Came fully prepared. Wore carpet protection shoe covers. Was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Took time to make a thorough examination of the machine. Gave me lots of useful information about the machine and advice about the best options. Perfect. Highly recommend.
