What you get with Housekeep
Carpet cleaners use a range of cleaning methods suitable for different types of carpets and rugs.
Your cleaner will choose the most suitable method and bring the equipment needed for the job.
Hot water extraction is commonly used, but it isn't suitable for every carpet. If a carpet is too delicate for hot water extraction, alternative cleaning methods may be used instead.
We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
You can find out more about how carpet cleaning is priced in our cost guide: Guide to carpet cleaning costs
You should clear your carpet as much as possible prior to your cleaner's arrival, to ensure they can access and thoroughly clean all areas of the carpet.
If you're booking carpet cleaning as part of an end of tenancy clean, you should have moved out of the property before your cleaner's arrival - the only items left should be those that are staying in the property after you move out.
You can book carpet cleaning by filling out our online form. Just tell us about your carpets and we'll show you the price. Choose a date and time & pay to secure your slot.
You can also book carpet cleaning as part of any deep, after builders or end of tenancy cleaning service.
Light stains can be removed with carpet cleaning. Heavy staining might not be rectified with cleaning, and may require colour correction treatment or a carpet replacement to restore.
Your cleaner will always do their best to restore your carpet to its original condition & will advise on the best course of treatment.
The cleaning team will bring everything they need to clean your carpets. Once we have the details about what you need cleaned, we'll choose a method that works for your carpet/rug.
