Usually we'll use the 'hot water extraction' method, but this isn't suitable for all upholstery. If the upholstery is too delicate for hot water extraction, we can use other cleaning methods instead that will also leave your upholstery good as new.

Light stains can be removed with upholstery cleaning. Heavy staining might not be rectified with cleaning, and may require colour correction treatment or reupholstering to restore.

Your cleaner will always do their best to restore your furnishings to their original condition & will advise on the best course of treatment.
