Housekeep announces: New Head of Product and Head of Customer Service

On the back of a year that saw Housekeep double in size and reach 100,000 5-star customer reviews, we’re very happy to announce the arrival of two experienced additions to the Housekeep team: Diana Kheti and Tom Kirby. 

Diana joins as Head of Product, and will be focused on taking Housekeep's market-leading products for consumers and cleaners to the next level. Speaking about her new role, Diana said “I’m excited to join Housekeep. There is tremendous opportunity for growth and innovation in this sector, and with our dedicated, talented team I look forward to driving our product road map forward”. Prior to joining Housekeep, Diana spent 5 years at Addison Lee, where she headed product delivery and launched their enterprise mobile app for drivers, which manages their fleet of 3,500 vehicles across London. 

Tom is joining the team as Head of Customer Service, and will oversee Housekeep’s London-based support team for customers and cleaners. 

Tom joins Housekeep from another fast-growing startup, Laundrapp, where he implemented new methods of customer contact that resulted in a 200% reduction in first response time and a 25% increase in customer satisfaction. 

Both of these positions are newly created roles, designed to help Housekeep accelerate growth in the coming years.

Speaking about the recent additions, Housekeep CEO Avin Rabheru comments "We've made rapid progress in our first few years. It's a great endorsement from customers and cleaners for Housekeep.com to have already become the UK market leader, delivering millions of hours of cleaning in the process. However, we've barely scratched the surface of opportunity in terms of geographies or services, so we have big growth plans for the coming few years.
