St. John’s Wood is a Northwest London neighbourhood, located within the City of Westminster.
An affluent area, there are fantastic properties throughout the borough, with detached villas complementing terraced housing from the Georgian and Victorian periods. Of course, converted flats and newer developments complete the housing stock of the area.
St. John’s Wood has multiple famous attractions. The most notable for sports fans is of course the Lord’s Cricket Ground, the home of Middlesex County Cricket Club. For music fans, it is Abbey Road that is most likely the biggest attraction in the area. Lately, there’s been a lot of debate about whether the famous Zebra crossing has - or hasn’t - been relocated in the years since the seminal 1969 album was released. Regardless, this debate has done little to detract thousands of tourist from frustrating passing traffic on the road ever since.
There’s plenty of entertainment on St. John’s Wood high street too with Great food and drink available. For those willing to take a short walk too, there’s the close by Regent’s Park, where you’ll find beautiful gardens and wildlife.
The NW8 postcode is well-serviced by cleaners on the Housekeep platform. All of these cleaners are background-checked by a third-party and have domestic home-cleaning experience to guarantee they deliver a 5-star clean, every time they visit.
