Eric was very cheerful and friendly when he arrived. He is delightful. He then got down to it and did a really thorough job. He dusted, he vacuumed (in spite of having to use my difficult, inefficient Dyson!) and he polished and left the whole apartment smelling, feeling and looking fresh and clean.
