What’s the difference between regular cleaning and deep/spring cleaning?

Deep/spring cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep/spring clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep/spring cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Deep cleaning is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

Cleaners can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

How long does a deep/spring clean take?

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep/spring clean.

What equipment do cleaning teams bring?

After previous poor experiences with House Keep (not with cleans, they did not happen, but with bookings and communication), I was dubious about this. The booking got changed, which was annoying, but worked out well as I ended up getting an amazing cleaner! However, my card had been charged more than I expected, which I will be querying! The clean is phenomenal! High attention to detail, the cleaner was efficient and friendly, and went above and beyond! She absolutely made not just my day, butprobably my year - definitely best cleaner ever!!!

Once arrived ,got straight into the process of cleaning after confirming areas needing attention and we agreed on additional payment for excluded areas( such as ceiling and cupboards). Highly recommend and would definitely book them again for their services.
