“Adriana was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She completed a very thorough deep clean of both the bathroom and kitchen to an exceptionally high standard. Everything was left spotless, including the bathroom tiles, toilet, floors, shower head, inside windows, kitchen tiles, worktops, cupboard exteriors and appliances. She also cleaned all the light switches and door handles, which really showed her attention to detail. What stood out most was how thoughtful, patient and accommodating she was with my mum. She took the time to organise the lower kitchen cupboards in a way that made them much easier and more accessible for her to use, which genuinely made a big difference. Nothing felt rushed and she clearly takes real pride in her work. She was polite, reassuring, hardworking and incredibly professional throughout. The whole house feels fresh, clean and much more manageable now. I honestly could not recommend Adriana highly enough and would happily book her again. Five stars isn’t enough!.”
