Merton is a borough located in the South-West region of London, comprised of the former parishes of Wimbledon, Morden, Merton and Mitcham.
The borough of Merton is renowned for being a particularly leafy corner of London, home to Merton Park as well as the huge Wimbledon Common. There are many cultural attractions in the borough, perhaps most notably the annual Wimbledon tennis championship, the world-famous event with a history stretching back to the Nineteenth Century.
Across the borough a wide variety of houses are available on the market. Period houses in Edwardian and Victorian styles still remain throughout the area and some corners, particularly in parts of Wimbledon, are home to large, detached houses. More modest and recently-build properties are scattered throughout the borough, including apartments, flats and terraced houses.
The borough is well serviced by public transport, with tube connections at Colliers Wood and Morden Tube Station (on the Northern Line), Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park (both on the District Line).
Throughout all of Merton’s postcodes - SW19, SW20, SW16, CR4 - there are many experienced and vetted cleaners on the Housekeep platform. Whatever your housing arrangement, these cleaners are available to provide 5-star domestic cleaning at your home.
