Paddington, in the City of Westminster, is a central London hub for transport and business. The world-famous London Paddington Station, designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, is a major route in and out of central London from the rest of the UK as well as from abroad, with frequent train services to London’s major airports.
Situated within walking distance of Hyde Park and other central London landmarks, Paddington’s a great place to arrive in London. There are plenty of places to dine and drink in the area, too, as well as canals and garden squares to explore.
Property in Paddington is varied and there is no shortage of options if looking to settle in the area. Large terraced houses on garden squares contribute greatly to the housing market with other period houses dotted around the area. Along the canals there are new-build flats too, with many luxury waterside apartments now on the market.
Paddington is, of course, easily accessible through the station’s extensive underground network. Other connections, such as the Central Line through Lancaster Gate, are within easy walking distance of Paddington.
The W2 postcode is serviced extensively by the Housekeep platform. Many experienced cleaners work throughout Paddington, and all housekeepers on the platform are background-checked to ensure they deliver 5-star domestic cleaning.
