For her first clean it was very good overall. She was polite, on time, understood how best to work. We should have serviced the hoover before it's use (and we do have an old carpet which could do with a shampoo before the next scheduled clean) and I should have been more specific about cleaning behind certain areas. This is not her fault at all. If she or anyone else is scheduled in next time I explain better.

Acton is in the borough of Ealing, to the west of London. It has 60,000 residents spread across the wards of East Acton, Acton Central, South Acton and Southfield.
