North East London is now home to some of London’s most exciting and up-and-coming areas. Formerly in Essex, this corner of London is suburban and residential, while remaining green and open.

On North East London’s western edge is the borough of Hackney, which has seen areas such as Dalston becoming increasingly desirable in recent years. On the eastern side of this area are the boroughs of Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering.
