Ivor was on time and got right to cleaning after we showed him where things were. He even cleaned the cooker hood and one of our outdoor windows! There were still some remnants of hair/dust on the toilets though. All in all, happy with the clean.

Marlene has a wonderful positive attitude and is an incredibly hard worker. She helped me with a deep clean of my flat and I was amazed by how much we got done in just 4.5 hours. She was thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to have around. I genuinely couldn't have achieved so much without her help. I would happily book her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner.
