Sutton refers to both a town and borough on the southernmost edge of Greater London.

The borough of Sutton is well connected to the city, with 10 train stations in total. Despite this, the area maintains a green and open feel unique to outer London towns. The borough actually has 16 parks throughout, making the area a great place for families looking to settle outside of the big smoke.

As well as being within easy reach of London, the area has plenty to offer in the other direction. The neighbouring county of Surrey is home to Epsom Downs Racecourse as well as being the start of the North Downs, a beautiful natural phenomenon leading all the way to the White Cliffs of Dover.
