Renovation and building work often results in lots of dust throughout your property. An after builders clean is designed to remove that before you move back in, so you can be comfortable when you return to the property.

After builders cleaning is more thorough than regular cleaning, and requires specialist equipment. The after builders service removes high levels of dirt and dust from your surfaces, plus the exterior of your kitchen appliances and white goods. Your cleaners will also deep clean the inside of your windows, the outside of cupboards and your skirting boards, to ensure that all dust and dirt is removed.

Your cleaners can try to remove small amounts of paint from windows, provided there is no risk of causing damage.

Your cleaners will not remove paint spillages from flooring, due to the risk of further damage. We would recommend you discuss any spillages with your builder.

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards. 

We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete an after builders clean.

The cleaning team will bring everything they need for your after builders clean, including all products and a vacuum cleaner.

If we miss anything, let us know within 72 hours and we’ll come back and reclean it for free.
