“Considering how messy the house was - due to my having been struck down with a serious health issue & left bedridden for 2.5 months, and still spending most of my time in my bedroom due to not being able to use the stairs, unable to do any housework - she has done a good job. Also, originally I requested the provision of cleaning materials at a cost of £6, however, it kept being moved back, a number of times - the first cleaner came but did not stay declaring she could not be in a house with a cat! It was rebooked over the phone (customer services called me after she 'rsn' out). Somewhere between the original booking and this - the last - my request for cleaning products at a cost of £6 got 'dropped' along the way. Therefore when your girl came today, we were not expecting to have to provide cleaning goods .. we did supply her with bits n pieces of this n that but were caught totally short and she therefore did a good job with the materials provided. I have to say, I was not impressed with the service, I cannot call or email snyone to cancel - therefore why I kept putting it back / several times / weeks at a time. It would have been easier to cancel then rebook once we were better prepared / I have had several hospital visits snd we were in no position to book a cleaning date. I am currently waiting for results of my PIP application, so I cannot for a bi- weekly clean - and monthly ad-hoc jobs (such as inside of windows, the cooker, and stripping befs & washing the bed linen). So, the girl gets my thumbs up but not the service .. a number to call & actually talk to a real live person would make all the difference to my opinion.”
