What’s the difference between regular cleaning and after builders cleaning?

After builders cleaning is more thorough than regular cleaning, and requires specialist equipment. The after builders service removes high levels of dirt and dust from your surfaces, plus the exterior of your kitchen appliances and white goods. Your cleaners will also deep clean the inside of your windows, the outside of cupboards and your skirting boards, to ensure that all dust and dirt is removed.

What kind of paint spillages can be removed?

Your cleaners can try to remove small amounts of paint from windows, provided there is no risk of causing damage.

Your cleaners will not remove paint spillages from flooring, due to the risk of further damage. We would recommend you discuss any spillages with your builder.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

Sherife arrived with a huge smile on her face, it's that look when you know you're in for a treat! She came in and made my kitchen sparkle! I'm preggo with a 1 year old and by the time my daughter was out for her afternoon nap Sherife had washed practically every item in my kitchen and started organising my countertops and wiping down surfaces. She gave me top tips on laundry and washing up and how to stay organised. We had really beautiful conversations and got along from the jump! She makes you feel really comfortable and gets on with the job. When she was done she browsed around to help with my tasks, helped me out in the living room, taking out the recycling/bin and organising my coats/shoes and pathways. She was really interactive with my little one and in general offered such a pleasant and efficient service! This woman is wonder woman! She made every minute count and didn't pause not for a second! In awe of my new kitchen and I can't wait to see you again.
