What’s the difference between regular cleaning and deep/spring cleaning?

Deep/spring cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep/spring clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep/spring cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Deep cleaning is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

Cleaners can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

How long does a deep/spring clean take?

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep/spring clean.

What equipment do cleaning teams bring?

Booked a deep clean on short notice. Cleaners arrived promptly, exactly as quoted. They spent 6 hours in the flat and covered every nook and cranny. Although they didn't speak much English which did make it difficult communicating some details, they were super polite and thorough. Very happy with the results and would definitely book again.

Cleaners arrived promptly and worked hard without fuss. The house is sparkling. They tackled the kitchen (oven, hob) particularly well and paid attention to smaller things like the tops of pictures on the walls, shades around the lights. I am very pleased with the service and would use the deep clean again.

She was very friendly and polite, and even worked around me working from home and my daughter being off school for the day. She cleaned everything really thoroughly - all the dust is gone, the bins are shiny, the oven is spotless, and the windows look like they don't even have any glass! She even mopped the last few steps as she was walking out the door. The place is spotless now - she's done a fantastic job! I would highly recommend her services.

I can't even believe my cleaner was able to get the limescale off of my toilet and shower door. I'm seriously so impressed. My cleaner went above and beyond what was asked of him and cleaned my balcony spotless. I will be requesting the same cleaner for a regular clean bi-weekly! Fabulous experience. Give him a raise!!!
